From the Barcelona airport

Taxi

Taxis from Barcelona Airport offer their services 24 hours, waiting for passengers at the taxi ranks located in both terminals.

A journey from the airport to the Hospital Sant Pau, usually takes between 30 and 40 minutes, depending on several factors: a ride from terminal T1 will be longer than from T2, the traffic conditions and the speed limits in force on the outskirts of Barcelona. Approximate price 40 €.

At the end of a trip, users of taxi services are recommended to always ask the driver to print a receipt containing the following information: taxi driver's information, license number, NIF number, vehicle registration number, price of the ride, and date of the service.

Aerobús and metro

AEROBÚS (in light blue) is the official shuttle bus service that connects the airport BCN-El Prat y and the centre of Barcelona every 10 minutes, every day of the year, in approximately 35 minutes.

The passengers are able to travel between any of the two airport terminals (T1 or T2) and the centre of Barcelona (Pl. Catalunya) in only three stops. Tickets can be purchased online (http://www.aerobusbcn.com/en/buy-tickets), to the staff of the bus stop (cash only), and the ticket vending machines (credit cards) in the Airport terminals T1 and T2B or Pl. Catalunya.

From Plaza Catalunya is necessary to walk 10 minutes to the metro stop L4 (Yellow Line), located in Passeig de Gràcia / Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Take the number L4 direction Trinitat Nova and after 5 stops get off at Guinardó-Hospital de Sant Pau.

From Barcelona-Sants Station

The ride to the Hospital de Sant Pau takes about 20/25 minutes and is priced at 25 € approximately

Autobús

Take the bus line 32-Est. Sants / Roquetes. Bus stop located in Pl dels Països Catalans-St Antoni and after 17 stops get off at Verge de Montserrat-Cartagena. Walk 5’ to the Hospital de Sant Pau.

Metro

Take the L5 (Blue Line) at the stop located at the same station, direction Vall d’Hebron and after 6 stops get off at Sant Pau / Dos de Maig. Walk 10’ to Hospital Sant Pau.
